Founded in 2015 and located in Miami, Florida, W6 is a Family owned real estate investment firm focused on USA and select European markets. The firm operates and seeks a diverse portfolio of assets across a variety of geographies and strategies with flexible capital targeting opportunities that are typically overlooked which provide outsized risk adjusted returns.

W6 is an opportunistic investor, we are asset and capital stack agnostic though we skew towards secondary markets and assets that are unfavored by traditional players or displaying dislocation/mispricing with the potential to be transformed into institutional class properties. Creating value at acquisition is a must. We invest throughout a property’s lifecycle, from development to repositioning and/or adaptive reuse.

We partner with hands on operators of real estate which seek to generate value through execution driven strategies rather than relying on macroeconomic drivers as a source of returns. Our partners are focused by design, be it asset class or geography they have flat structures and zero conflicts of interest. We value long term partnerships with a balanced approach to risk sharing, partnerships that encourage collaboration, thorough analysis and discussion. W6 is not a passive investor, we contribute more than just equity.

W6 is nimble and fast, our governance allows us to make a decision and communicate back to our partners in short order.

Finally, we always look to improve the life of the people in and around our properties. Though the transformation of spaces creates significant opportunities in and around our properties, we recognize that there are inevitable short term consequences which we strive to minimize and lead with transparency and a balanced inclusion of all stakeholders.
